This isn't the first time that couriers have been used to deceive the public ... and it probably won't be the last. That's why, it's more important than every to build up credibility within your client base.
For many companies, that isn't an issue. But it really pays off to go the extra mile for customers and make sure they're completely satisfied with their service.
